After making my velvet dress a while back, I still had some of the fabric left over. This came in handy, as I had decided that I wanted a new skirt. As there is hardly anything easier and quicker to make than a circle skirt (plus, it's really flattering), that's what I decided to make.
In the end, it took me about 2.5 hours to make this skirt, start to finish. I'll probably be making more circle skirts in the future, so I'll then make a tutorial on how to make one yourself.
