Mini Christmas stocking

Hi everyone!

First of all, Merry Christmas! Even though Christmas is now over, I wanted to stay in the Christmas spirit and show you how I made this cute little Christmas stocking for the tree. Enjoy!
Materials
- Crochet needle (I used size 3.0)
- Red wool
- White wool

Method
Abbreviations
st: stitch
mc: magic circle
sc: single crochet
2si1: two single stitch in one single stitch
dc: double crochet

Stocking
r1: 6sc in mc (6st)
r2: 2si1 around (12st)
r3: *2si1, sc*, repeat around (18st)
r4-r6: sc around (18st)
r7-r11: 10 dc, 8 sc (18st)
r12-19: sc around (18st)

Finish of the last round and flatten the stocking. Pull a piece of wool or ribbon through the highest corner of the stocking and tie it into a knot. Now your stocking is ready to be hung in the tree!

A happy New Year in advance, and I hope to see you in 2016!

-Love, Marieke
